Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

Returns & Refunds

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or not as described.
• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
• Once inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
